Introduction: FA-LC Receptacle is an integrated component that combines the precision optical path of Fiber Array and the standard interface of LC Receptacle. As the "external interconnection gateway" for 100G/200G high-speed optical transceivers, it undertakes the important task of accurately connecting the internal optical path of the module with the external optical fiber link, and is widely used in data center optical interconnection scenarios.

The core advantage of this product lies in "high-precision integration": by combining the V-groove fiber positioning technology of FA with the standardized interface of LC Receptacle, it realizes low-loss transfer of single-channel/multi-channel optical paths. The minimum single-mode insertion loss is only 0.3dB, the return loss exceeds 55dB, and the fiber core alignment error is controlled within ±1μm, which meets the stability requirements of high-speed signal transmission. At the same time, it adopts a metal shell and ceramic ferrule design, which has both anti-vibration and high/low temperature resistance characteristics, and is suitable for industrial-grade working environments from -40℃ to 85℃.
In terms of application, FA-LC Receptacle can be directly integrated into the ports of high-speed optical transceivers with packages such as QSFP28 and QSFP56. It supports protocol standards including SFP+ and XFP, and can not only adapt to short-distance DAC/AOC links, but also connect to long-distance DWDM transmission systems. It provides a flexible and reliable external interconnection solution for transceivers, helping to improve the deployment efficiency and bandwidth scalability of data center optical networks.
